Vivek Kumar Sultania

Founder

Vivek carries a rich and diverse experience spanning more than a decade across areas of Banking and Financial Services Industry with focus towards New Age Companies (Start Ups) and Corporates. 

His practice areas include Business Strategic Planning, Business Process Re-Engineering, Debt Fund Raising & Structuring and Stressed Assets Resolution.

He has managed SME (Business Banking) relationships for two leading private sector banks – ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) and IndusInd Bank during his association as an employee. Responsibilities handled covered the entire credit life cycle including identification, on boarding, deepening and strengthening relationship, process compliances and initiation of remedial action wherever necessary.

Vivek takes keen interest in understanding businesses by deep engagement with all the stakeholders including promoters, senior management and key functionaries in organization and creating strategic alliances for the long-term growth and vision of Organization. He largely prefers long term relationships with clients over transactional relationship.

He is a firm believer of implementation of best practices of Compliance and Banking for Companies and Corporates.

Vivek holds Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Finance from Christ School of Business and Management (Deemed to Be University) India & Certification in International Business from Asian International College, Singapore.

Anumoy Kar

Co-Founder

Anumoy is an ex-banker with keen interest towards Banking and Financial Services Industry with focus towards New Age Companies (Start Ups) and Corporates. 

His practice areas include Business Strategic Planning, Business Process Re-Engineering, Debt Fund Raising & Structuring and Stressed Assets Resolution.

He has been a Credit Analyst with SME Group, ICICI Bank Ltd. Responsibilities handled covered credit assessment and underwriting for exposures up to INR 150 Million working in close coordination with relationship managers during sanction stage of proposal,  preparation of rating rationale (pros and cons) of each proposal covering all aspects of the borrower and ensuring compliance with all existing internal bank guidelines and RBI guidelines for each proposal before recommending to sanctioning authority.
