Vivek Kumar Sultania
Founder
Vivek carries a rich and diverse experience spanning 15 + Years across areas of Banking and Financial Services Industry with focus on handholding and supporting SME’s in expanding to both domestic and export markets by helping them access growth capital for their business.
His practice areas include Strategic Planning and Business Process Re-Engineering, deal structuring including advising on efficient capital structuring for clients for maximizing returns on capital deployment.Vivek takes keen interest in understanding businesses by deep engagement with all the stakeholders including promoters, key functionaries in organization and creating strategic alliances for the long-term growth and vision of Organization.
He largely prefers long term relationships with clients over transactional relationship. He has managed SME (Business Banking) relationships for two leading private sector banks – ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) and IndusInd Bank during his association as an employee. Responsibilities handled covered the entire credit life cycle including identification, on boarding, deepening and strengthening relationship, process compliances and initiation of remedial action wherever necessary.
Vivek holds Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Finance from Christ School of Business and Management (Deemed to Be University) India & Certification in International Business from Asian International College, Singapore.
Anumoy Kar
Co-Founder
Anumoy carries with him more than half a decade extensive experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry.
His practice areas include financial and business due diligence, deal curation, debt structuring solutions and advising on implementation of best practices of banking and statutory compliances for clients.Â
He is an Ex- Banker and has worked with Corporate Banking arm of ICICI Bank. During his employment, he has handled the credit underwriting, sanctioning, post sanction monitoring & compliances of corporates and undertaking corrective actions for reductions in delinquencies in the portfolio.
Anumoy holds Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Finance from Christ School of Business and Management (Deemed to Be University) India.
